A unique immersive experience transported the audience on an exciting journey through music, passion and adventure. In Orlando, the art of Ivan Clarke, author of Lonely Dog, came to life through animated paintings, original sketches, CGI and 2D film noir, transforming each scene into pure visual magic. In March 2022, Centrica brought this show to life, designing immersive and multimedia rooms that made the story even more engaging.

Renaissance Experience has travelled through major cities around the world, successfully adapting to different environments and always captivating audiences with the timeless beauty of Renaissance artworks.
The first edition was held in Milan in January 2016 at the Fabbrica del Vapore Cathedral. An immersive journey through art, history and innovation came to life at the National Museum of China in Beijing, where visitors explored over 500 Renaissance masterpieces from the Uffizi Galleries and other prestigious museums. Thanks to Centrica‘s technology, the works were projected in ultra-high definition, with images up to 10 gigapixels and interactive insights. From 27 April to 10 September 2023, Renaissance Experience attracted over 300,000 visitors to a 900-square-metre space. The project was enriched by the adjacent exhibition Self-portraits masterpieces from the Uffizi Galleries collection, blending physical and digital spaces in a unique and unforgettable exhibition.

The exhibition, promoted by CRC Innova and curated by the Cuadri Cultural Association, in collaboration with Spin Master and with the contribution of the CRC Foundation, is the first European exhibition entirely dedicated to the history of the famous Rubik’s Cube: a symbol of creativity and logical thinking, a global phenomenon that has fascinated generations of curious minds since its invention in 1974. An object that has influenced science, mathematics and design, becoming a true pop icon recognisable all over the world.
Centrica curated the exhibition design and experience, with three themed rooms, including one dedicated to the games that inspired Rubik and one that explores the mathematical and algorithmic principles of the cube. Visitors can admire an exclusive work by artist Giovanni Contardi, made with 1,800 cubes. The final section presents an immersive digital show celebrating the cube’s influence on music, cinema and art through “Rubikcubism”.

Our interactive installations with digital avatars offer natural language interaction, transforming the visitor experience into a fluid and engaging dialogue. Thanks to holographic totems, users can interact with human-like virtual figures, obtaining personalised information based on their visit itinerary. A revolutionary approach that combines technology and storytelling to make cultural heritage even more accessible and immersive.
