
At Rimini Meeting Cristina Acidini, Superintendent Museum Network in Florence, Vito Cappellini, President at MICC Institute of University of Florence, speak about art and science in the third millenium. Introduction by Alessandra Vitez, exhibition chief at Rimini Meeting.
During the event recent digitisations are presented, ranging from “Annunciation” by Leonardo da Vinci, “Tondo Doni” by Michelangelo Buonarroti, “The Spring”, “Birth of Venus” and “Madonna del Magnificat” by Botticelli, “Venus from Urbino” by Tiziano Vecellio, “Madonna della seggiola” and “Madonna del Cardellino” by Raffaello Sanzio.
Images, ranging from 450 MegaPixel to 6 GigaPixel, have been realised during digital campaign by Centrica-Hitachi-MICC, and are visualised through XLimage®.
Uffizi Touch®, presented at Shanghai EXPO as large format touch interactive installation and recently published as an iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch app is presented in the new version powered by XLknowledge, the new Centrica product for knowledge navigation, awarded by Italia degli Innovatori 2011-2012.
Centrica technologies will be presented by Centrica CEO, Marco Cappellini.
